WashU IT is investigating an issue with customers on the Danforth campus not getting inbound e-faxes. Outbound e-fax is working properly. Desktop Engineering and Danforth Telecom teams are still working with the vendors to implement a workaround, which is expected to restore functionality around 1pm. The vendors are working with AT&T to provide supporting data so the root cause can be identified.

WashU IT is investigating an issue with customers on the Danforth campus not getting inbound e-faxes. Outbound e-fax is working properly. Desktop Engineering and Danforth Telecom teams continue to work with the vendor and have been informed that many AT&T customers are experiencing issues with this, indicating that the issue is not on our end. The technical teams are working to implement a workaround while AT&T continues to investigate root cause. The next update we send will be around noon.
