BJC IT is investigating network connectivity issues affecting CAB operator IP phones and the Lenel badging system for Barnes Jewish Hospital. The phone issue was traced to a network switch with a faulty power supply, which has now been replaced and the switch is back online. The Lenel badging issue is still being investigated.
