Update
BJC Technical teams are investigating server issues which are impacting multiple applications and services, including VDI/Citrix. The vendor has been engaged for assistance with troubleshooting and diagnosis.

During the course of troubleshooting, BJC technical teams have identified the root cause issue as an issue on two firewalls, and the team has performed an emergency change to correct that issue, and now the firewalls and the network appear stable.

Several small configuration problems have been identified and resolved but they did not make a substantial impact to the ongoing VDI/Citrix issues.
