Investigating
WashU IT is investigating an issue with Cyberark connectivity to servers. Users may be unable to access servers via the normal process; however, as a workaround they maybe able to copy their privileged account password from Cyberark and use RDP to connect. The issue has been identified and is expected to be resolved within the next half hour.
