Resolved

WashU IT investigated an issue with the WashU hosted sharedtech.wustl.edu sites such as sharedtech.wustl.edu/wuitcms being inaccessible. The issue was identified as being part of a scheduled change to modify how "unclaimed" sites are being handled through Cloudflare. The change to the sharedtech site was rolled back, and service has been restored.
