Investigating

WashU IT is performing a scheduled change for a new implementation of CCure. The upgrade is stuck on a step which is not completing properly. A support case has been opened with the vendor. The "old" CCure implementation is still functional and users have not been switched over to the new system yet, so there is no user impact from this event.
