Resolved

WashU IT Engineers identified and resolved an issue with Mulesoft's back end VPN connection, which was affecting integrations with things like Archibus and Cisco ISE. The issue was traced to a planned change on 3/9 to fix an issue with Saviynt. That change was backed out this morning and the impact to Mulesoft was resolved. There was no direct user impact.
