WashU IT Engineers have confirmed that redundant systems have allowed affected services to be restored. Repair work on the fiber optic network will progress in the near future, but this is not expected to impact service availability. All services have been restored by shifting infrastructure to redundant systems.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

A Fiber optic network connectivity issue has been identified that is affecting systems and service located within one of the WashU IT data Centers.

Technical teams are onsite migrating systems to alternate network connections/data center and begun restoring connectivity.

Engineers are actively investigating the issue.
