Resolved
BJC Technical teams identified and resolved an issue which was affecting VDI and Citrix connectivity, including FMD/ECV. A technical problem occurred which should have triggered an automatic failover to another Data Center, but the automated failover did not occur. Manual failover was performed and services have been restored.
