Update
WashU IT is investigating an issue with alumni access to email. Around 1900 alumni users had their accounts deactivated on 5/16. Technical teams have implemented corrective actions and currently estimate that affected alumni accounts will be fully restored within the next 30-60 minutes.

Investigating
WashU IT is investigating an issue with alumni access to email. Around 1900 alumni users had their accounts deactivated on 5/16 via an automated process. The issue was identified today (5/18) and technical teams are working to restore their accounts. Current estimate for restoration is approximately 12:30pm.
